Goal: to simplify space and make its commercial life easier.
How? by suppressing all domestic and decorative elements (chimneys, some mouldings), we make way to interventions which emphasize the very particular, long and narrow configuration of this store.
-To hide technical installations but also to bring them out by cuttings inspired from the curved lines of the facade. The false ceiling is ambiguous and disturbs the existing building's identity, reconsidering it, and giving thereby a new identity to the ground floor.
